How would you describe your most embarrassing moment?

(Sorry… this was the first song that popped into my mind, so I had to write it down. Lol I’ve had more than my share of embarrassing moments, and I’ve heard those words a lot… :))


What was your reaction when you held In My Dreams in book form in your hands for the first time?

Describe your writing process.
Is it strange that I talk to myself?
Is it weird when I hear someone else?
What do I do? (What do I do?)
Is it strange I believe them again (oh-oh-oh)
Voices in my head, the voices, the voices, the voices.
Voices in my head the voices (oh), the voices, the voices – Bruno Mars - Voices in My Head

(Seriously… sometimes I do hear my characters voices in my head… Does that mean I’m crazy? :p)


What inspired you to write In My Dreams?
Time, time will never be a friend of mine again
It tries to make your memory fade but I won’t let it end
Let the sun go down, so I can drift away
Let me close my eyes and live another day
You keep comin’, you keep comin’ back, you keep comin’ back for more.

I’ll see you in my dreams,
There we’ll be safe tonight
From the lonely days of memories
I’ll see you in my dreams.

(I did have a dream, which inspired the story, but the main reason was the passing of my mother-in-law.)


How would you describe In My Dreams?

(This is definitely a love story, but with twist, turns and tears.)


What is the one thing you want people to remember about In My Dreams?

(I believe that our loved ones are still with us when they pass… guiding and watching over us.)

If you could give aspiring writers one piece of advice, what would it be?
Every victory comes in time, work today to change tomorrow
It gets easier, who's to say that you can't fly

You can feel it now; don't you know you're almost there?

To fulfill divine purpose, you gotta answer when you're called
So don't be afraid to face the world against all odds
